I have Zoho One but only use the CRM. Can you connect the other apps?
Yes, and that is usually where the biggest gain is. Zoho Flow moves data between CRM, Books, Desk and Inventory so a closed deal creates the invoice automatically. Message me which apps you have licensed and I will tell you what connects natively and what needs custom work.
Can you fix an existing Zoho setup instead of starting over?
Usually yes, and it is normally faster. I audit the modules, workflows and field structure, keep what works, and rebuild the rest so your existing records stay intact. Message me a screenshot of your CRM module list and I will tell you which path fits.
What is Deluge and do I need it?
Deluge is Zoho's scripting language. It handles logic the point-and-click workflow builder cannot, like conditional calculations across modules or custom API calls. Most setups do not need it. If yours does, I will tell you before you order rather than after.
Can you migrate data from another CRM into Zoho?
Yes. Message me what you are moving from and roughly how many records, and I will confirm what transfers cleanly and what needs rebuilding. Field mapping is where most migrations go wrong, so I map it before importing anything.
Which Zoho plan do I need for this?
Most builds work on CRM Professional. Blueprints, Flow and Creator require specific tiers, so if you are on a lower plan I will tell you before you order. Message me which plan you are on and I will scope to fit it.
