You're a new seller how do I know I'll get a good design?
New on Fiverr, not new to design. Packaging work is detail heavy, and I treat every order like it's the one that decides my reputation here because it is. You'll get the same care as someone with 500 reviews.
I don't have a clear vision yet can you still help?
Yes, that's the most common starting point. Send what you know (product name, target customer, even just "modern" or "minimal") and I'll bring you a concept to react to, rather than asking you to describe it from scratch.
What if my dieline doesn't match my manufacturer's box or pouch?
Send me your manufacturer's template or spec sheet before we start, and I'll build to those exact measurements. If you don't have one yet, tell me the box/pouch type and size and I'll set up a standard dieline that most printers accept.
What if I don't like the first design?
Revisions are built into every package. Tell me what's off color, layout, structure and I'll adjust until it's right. I'd rather revise it a few times than have you settle for packaging that doesn't feel like your brand.
Is this actually custom, or a template with my name swapped in?
100% custom to your product and brand. I start from your name, style, and colors no recycled templates, so your packaging doesn't look like everyone else's on the shelf.
Will my packaging be print ready, or will my printer send it back?
Every file is delivered with correct CMYK color, bleed, and trim/fold lines built in, so you can hand it straight to your printer without back and forth fixes.
