What information do you need from me to start the drawing?
I need your floor plan or site layout (PDF, image, or DWG), the building type (residential/commercial), and a brief description of the systems required. If you don't have a floor plan, I can work from rough dimensions.
What file formats will I receive?
All deliveries include PDF for viewing and printing. DWG (AutoCAD) source files are included in the Standard and Advanced packages, or available as a paid extra on Basic.
Can you design CCTV and ELV systems for large buildings?
Yes. The Advanced package covers multi-floor buildings up to 2,000 sqm. For larger projects (hospitals, airports, warehouses), contact me for a custom quote before ordering.
Will the drawing meet international standards?
Yes. I design to IEC, BS, and NFPA standards. If your country or project requires a specific standard, mention it when placing the order and I will incorporate it.
Can you make revisions if the layout does not match my site?
Absolutely. Basic includes 1 revision, Standard includes 3, and Advanced includes unlimited revisions until you are satisfied. Additional revisions on Basic can be purchased as an extra.
