No. I prefer staging, a copy of the environment, logs, or read-only access. Please never send production passwords or secrets.
2. What do I need to send before ordering?
The error or problem description, relevant logs (remove secrets), steps to reproduce, your Java, Kafka and Kubernetes versions, and the code or repo if possible.
3. What if you can't fix my problem?
I'll tell you before you order or as soon as I see it's outside my skills. If the issue is bigger than the package, I'll propose a custom offer instead of delivering half a fix.
4. What counts as "one bug" in the Basic package?
One issue with one root cause. If the investigation shows several separate problems, I'll message you and suggest the Standard or a custom order.
5. Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it before sharing code or logs and I'll review and sign it.
6. Do you build new features or only fix problems?
This gig is for debugging and fixing. For new features, message me first and I'll give you a separate quote.
7. Which technologies do you work with?
Java, Apache Kafka, Kubernetes and REST APIs. If your problem involves other tools, message me and I'll tell you honestly if I can help.
