I worked on two projects, got appreciation on both. First project - Client data was huge and present as files at different sites- I created a bot that refrenced those data and answer client queries and links to those relevant files. Second Project- Client data was coming from multiple streams, one for sales, one from suppot tickets etc. I created a bot that answered all the queries of the client , with transperency over whichever data was queried. This reduced their time from 7,8 hours of manually digging to 5, 10 minutes.
