I’ll need access to your website/app, any test accounts, a list of priority areas (if any), and any specific instructions or requirements you have.
What exactly do you test during the manual QA process?
I test functionality, user interface and experience (UI/UX), responsiveness, regression, and smoke testing to find bugs and usability issues.
How do you deliver bug reports?
I provide a detailed PDF/MS word report that includes Title, clear descriptions of each bug, steps to reproduce, Observe result, Excepted Result, screenshots, and sometimes screen recordings for clarity.
