• Develop and maintain resource loaded and cost-loaded baseline schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones and FIDIC obligations. • Prepare and submit Extension of Time (EOT) claims using Time Impact Analysis (TIA) successfully recovered 37 calendar days by compiling delay narratives, impacted schedules, and supporting evidence. • Prepare and submit Variation Orders (VO); assessed scope changes, quantified cost impacts secured 3 approved Variation Orders (DVOs). • Produce weekly and monthly progress reports including Earned Value metrics (SPI, CPI, EAC, ETC), Look-Ahead schedules, S-Curves, and milestone status for client and senior management. • Prepare weekly cost reports to evaluate financial performance, forecast final costs (EAC), and track schedule & cost variances throughout the project lifecycle. • Verify and process Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and Interim Payment Applications (IPA) for subcontractors ensuring accurate quantification and contractual compliance. • Manage planning activities across 2 concurrent projects simultaneously, coordinating priorities, resources, and timelines to meet overall program goals. • Utilize Aconex EDMS for procurement logs, engineering submittals and documentation ensuring real-time visibility and progress monitoring. • Develop pre-tender and post-award stage schedules prepare scope statements and Project Execution Plans (PEPs) for new pursuits. • Coordinate between site, technical and QC teams verify and interpret construction drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. • Support Quality Control team in preparation and submission of Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and Method Statements (MS).
