Which Shopware versions do you support?
Shopware 6 (6.4, 6.5, 6.6 and 6.7) and Shopware 5. Most of my work is on Shopware 6.
What counts as one bug?
One problem with one cause, for example a failing checkout step or one plugin error in the admin. If the fix turns out bigger than expected, I tell you before doing any extra work.
Will my shop still be updatable after your fix?
Yes. I never edit core or vendor files. Fixes go into a plugin, a theme override or config, and I take a backup before I start.
What access do you need?
A Shopware admin user (a separate one is best) plus SSH/SFTP or Git access. A staging copy is ideal. If you do not have one, I can help set it up.
Can you migrate my shop from Shopware 5 to Shopware 6?
Yes. Start with the Migration audit extra: I review your shop, plugins and data, then give you a written plan and a fixed quote for the move.
Why does Symfony experience matter for Shopware?
Shopware 6 runs on Symfony (services, events, Doctrine DBAL, Messenger). Knowing the framework deeply means I find hard bugs faster, the ones theme-only developers often miss.
