Need a secure Chatwoot installation on your VPS?
I will install and configure self-hosted Chatwoot on your Ubuntu VPS, connect your custom domain, enable SSL, and test the system before delivery. Your team gets a working shared inbox, not just containers marked "running."

What VPS do I need?
For production, Chatwoot currently recommends 4 or more CPU cores, at least 8 GB RAM, 60 GB SSD and Ubuntu 22.04 or compatible Linux. A smaller server may be considered only for low-traffic testing after a compatibility check.
Are the VPS and domain included?
No. You provide the VPS and domain. I can check the server specifications and DNS requirements before you order.
Can you install Chatwoot on an existing server?
Only after a compatibility check. The Basic package is for a clean compatible Ubuntu VPS. Existing applications, hosting panels, broken installations or migrations require a custom offer.
Can you connect WhatsApp?
Premium can include one official WhatsApp Cloud API connection if your Meta account, phone number, business ID and access token are ready. Meta verification, approval, messaging fees and number migration are not included.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers a correction to the agreed installation or configuration. It does not include a new channel, migration, custom development, another server or a change of project scope.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. I cover installation-related issues for 3 days with Basic, 7 days with Standard and 14 days with Premium. New features and third-party account problems are not included.
Will I own the installation and data?
Yes. Chatwoot will run on your server, and you retain control of the infrastructure and data. I do not retain your credentials after the order is completed.
Can you migrate or upgrade an existing Chatwoot instance?
Yes, after reviewing the current version, installation method, storage and backup status. Migration and upgrades are provided through a custom offer.
