Do I need to give you admin access to my site?
Yes, I'll need WordPress admin login (and hosting/FTP access if the issue is server-level). I only use it to fix what you've asked for, and I'm happy to sign an NDA if your business requires one.
What if you can't fix the issue?
If I take a look and realize it's outside what I can resolve, I'll tell you immediately and refund you — no dragging it out. I only accept orders I'm confident I can deliver on.
How fast will you respond once I order?
I personally check every order within a few hours, not just once a day. If it's urgent, message me before ordering and I'll try to prioritize it.
Will the fix break anything else on my site?
I take a full backup before making any changes, so if anything unexpected happens, we can roll back instantly. Your site's safety comes first.
Do you fix sites built with page builders like Elementor or Divi?
Yes — I work across Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Gutenberg, and most major builders and themes.
What's the n8n workflow troubleshooting in Premium about?
If your WordPress site is connected to automated workflows (form submissions going to a CRM, Google Sheets, or Slack via n8n) and something's broken in that chain, I can diagnose and fix it. Happy to explain more if you're not sure whether it applies to you.
Can I request extra fixes after you deliver?
Minor related tweaks, sure. If it turns into a separate issue or a bigger job, I'll quote it separately so it's fair to both of us.
