What do you need from me to get started?
Please send me your track (MP3/WAV), the exact tempo (BPM), and any style or reference notes you'd like me to follow.
What do I receive with each order?
You'll receive individual high-quality 24-bit WAV stems for each mic (kick, snare, overheads, etc.) — up to 20 channels depending on your package. I can also provide a stereo mix or a version with light processing on request.
Will the drums sit well with my 808s and bass?
Yes! I record and tune the kit specifically to leave room for heavy low-end, keeping the kick and snare punchy and clear without fighting your 808s in the mix.
Can you do live hi-hat rolls and triplets, or do you prefer a quantized feel?
Both! I can play hi-hat rolls and triplets live for a more organic drill-style feel, or keep them tight and quantized if you want a more programmed, modern trap sound. Just tell me your preference.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes! Every package includes a number of revisions (1 for Basic, 2 for Standard and Premium) — I want you to be 100% satisfied with the final result.
Do you mix the drum tracks?
I provide raw stems by default, but I can apply light EQ and compression if you prefer, or deliver a full stereo drum mix based on my musical taste and how I feel it fits your track. Just let me know your preference when placing the order.
Can you follow a reference track or match a specific groove?
Of course! You can send me a reference track or describe the groove/feel you want, and I'll interpret it in a musical and creative way that suits your beat.
What's your gear/setup like?
I record with an Antelope Orion Studio interface and mics by Shure, sE, Audix, and Sontronics, with tuned kits built for punch and clarity. I have several drum kits and a wide selection of snares to choose from.
