About me
Full-stack developer, 9 years. 114 projects, 62 clients.
Moodle LMS — installs, migrations, upgrades, custom themes, plugins, broken-site recovery. Upgrades are tested on a staging copy first, so your live site never goes down.
Laravel & PHP — custom apps, marketplaces, admin panels, payment integrations, APIs.
Technical SEO — Core Web Vitals, crawlability, site architecture.
I work with a small team, so I take on full builds as well as fixes, and stay available for maintenance after delivery.

Babar Sultan delivered a satisfactory software development project, though some improvements could bring it closer to expectations. Working with him was generally smooth, but there's room for enhancement in response time and politeness.
