As a Process & Implementation Analyst at Magnet Forensics, I work as a bridge between business teams, technical teams, and leadership to turn operational challenges into clearly defined, practical solutions. My work focuses on business analysis, requirements gathering and refinement, Salesforce process improvement, Jira backlog management, workflow design, UAT, and implementation support. I have supported major initiatives involving Salesforce Case Management, case flows, chat workflows, escalation processes, surveys, milestones, automation, reporting, and case prioritization. I regularly work directly with Technical Support Engineers to understand pain points, translate business needs into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with Business Systems to develop and implement solutions. I also perform UAT and troubleshoot issues to ensure changes work effectively in real-world workflows. One of my key accomplishments has been supporting Salesforce Case View Improvements, including requirements for a redesigned case experience and a standardized escalation process. I have also completed 135+ internal support requests, helping troubleshoot system and workflow issues for users. Additionally, I have supported backlog cleanup and implementation readiness by reviewing Jira items, identifying gaps, strengthening requirements and acceptance criteria, and preparing work for vendor implementation. This experience has strengthened my ability to understand complex business problems, communicate with technical teams, document solutions clearly, and help move projects from ideas through refinement, testing, and implementation.
