I will provision kubernetes clusters and migrate apps cloud to local, local to cloud
Platform Engineer and SRE, Kubernetes, GitOps, DevSecOps
About this Gig
Need a Kubernetes cluster built or your applications moved with minimal downtime? I provision production-ready clusters and migrate workloads in any direction:
- Cloud to Local (AWS/Azure/GCP to on-prem, bare-metal or VMs)
- Local to Cloud (on-prem to EKS, AKS, GKE, DigitalOcean)
- Cloud to Cloud (e.g. AWS to GCP, Azure to AWS)
What I do:
- Cluster provisioning: EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift, kubeadm, k3s, RKE2
- Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible
- Containerize apps with Docker and package with Helm
- Migrate stateful data: databases, volumes and object storage
- Networking, ingress, TLS certificates, DNS cutover
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
- Monitoring and logging with Prometheus, Grafana and Loki
- Backup and disaster recovery with Velero
My process: assess your current setup, plan the migration, test in staging, cut over with minimal downtime, then hand over clear documentation.
Please message me before ordering so we can confirm scope and pick the right package.

FAQ
Will my applications have downtime during migration?
I plan migrations for minimal or zero downtime: the new environment is built and tested in parallel, data is synced, and traffic is switched over with a DNS cutover during a window that suits you.
What access do you need from me?
Temporary, limited access to your cloud account (an IAM user or role) and/or SSH or VPN access to your local servers. Never share your root or personal passwords; I'll guide you to create scoped credentials you can revoke afterwards.
Can you migrate databases and persistent data too?
Yes. I migrate databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB and more), persistent volumes and object storage, using tools like Velero, native dump/restore or replication, and verify data integrity before cutover.
My apps aren't containerized yet. Can you still help?
Absolutely. I can write Dockerfiles, build images and create Helm charts or Kubernetes manifests for your apps as part of the migration. Message me with details so we can size the work.
