As an International Logistics Coordinator, I support U.S.-based logistics operations from our Karachi back office, coordinating international shipments and ensuring smooth transportation across the supply chain. My responsibilities include: Managing customer freight inquiries and preparing transportation quotations. Coordinating inland transportation with carriers and transport providers. Assisting with international air freight and ocean freight operations. Coordinating import shipments from customs clearance through final delivery. Arranging airline bookings and following up with airlines, warehouses, and logistics partners. Communicating with customers, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure timely shipment updates. Monitoring shipment status and supporting end-to-end logistics operations. Working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to deliver efficient and reliable transportation solutions. Supporting documentation, invoicing, and shipment coordination while maintaining high service standards.
