Do You Offer Emergency Support?
Yes. If your site is offline or showing critical errors, I’m here to help. Emergency fixes are included in all packages. Available 12 hours/day, 7 days/week (CET).
What’s Included in Content Editing?
Tasks that take around 15 minutes: fixing broken links, minor troubleshooting, plugin installation, CSS tweaks, etc. Does not include custom coding, design work, or content creation. One edit refers to one specific task.
Backup Storage Duration
Backups are stored off-site for 30 days while your order is active and are deleted 7 days after order completion unless you renew or subscribe.
Are Plugin/Theme Licenses Included?
No. Licenses must be purchased separately. Let me know your requirements before ordering, and I’ll guide you.
Performance Optimization (Standard & Premium Packages)
