I will run phreeqc geochemical and hydrogeochemical modelling
Satellite Mapping and Spatial Analysis, MSc in the field of Remote Sensing
About this Gig
I run aqueous geochemical modelling in PHREEQC for groundwater, surface water, and water-rock interaction studies.
What I can model:
- Aqueous speciation and activity calculations
- Mineral saturation indices
- Mixing models between two or more water sources
- Inverse modelling mass-balance reactions explaining how one water chemistry evolves into another
- Reaction-path / titration modelling
- Ion exchange and simple sorption scenarios
Send your water chemistry data (major ions, pH, temperature, alkalinity Excel or CSV) and tell me the question you're trying to answer. I build the PHREEQC input file(s), run the model, and return:
- The PHREEQC input and output files
- A results table (speciation / SI / mixing proportions, depending on your request)
- A short written interpretation of what the numbers mean for your system
- Figures on request (SI charts, etc. see my separate Geochemical Diagrams gig for Piper/Durov/Stiff plots)
- Suitable for: MSc/PhD thesis chapters, consultancy water-quality reports, and research papers needing a methods-correct geochemical modelling section.
I'm not able to collect field samples or run lab analyses.

FAQ
Do I need to know PHREEQC myself?
No, just send your data and your question.
What format should my data be in?
Excel/CSV with ion concentrations and units; pH, temperature, and alkalinity if available.
Can you verify against observed mineral precipitation?
This is a modelling service, not a lab verification service. Happy to discuss the scope in the brief.
