Can the chatbot be 100% accurate?
No AI is. What I guarantee is the test: your bot passes every question in its Grounding Report before delivery, including trap questions where most chatbots invent an answer. If your content changes, re-testing is included in Premium.
Are there monthly costs?
On your own OpenAI/Anthropic key you pay your provider directly - usually pennies a day for a small business. If I host it, 30 days (Standard) or 60 days (Premium) are included, then hosting is a simple flat monthly fee - no per-message charges from me. WhatsApp message fees are billed to you by Met
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your content is only used to answer your own visitors. Logs keep only unanswered questions, with emails, phone numbers and postcodes removed, for 90 days. Want nothing to leave your building? Choose the self-hosted option.
What do I need to send you?
Your documents or website address, plus 10-20 real questions your customers ask. I write the trap questions and the security tests. English is tested and supported; other languages by custom offer.
