I don't have a vector logo, can you work with JPG or PNG files?
We can recreate your logo in vector format from any picture if they are clear for an additional 50 USD.
What if I don't like the outcome?
We encourage open communication and collaboration to reach a required resolution. However, refunds are only provided in exceptional cases where clear instructions were provided, productive feedback was given, and the resulting animation significantly deviates from your expectations.
