Although Bakhtawar took a long time to deliver these designs and I was extremely frustrated (as shown in my previous review), i can see the time and dedication she put into each design. She was locked out of her Fiverr account and was not able to recover it for 2 weeks during which I decided to cancel...

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Made me wait a month and a half, just to ghost me. Empty promise after empty promise. If you say “I’ll send you the designs tomorrow,” maybe you should actually SEND THEM. This is my first ever time leaving a bad review - that’s how shitty this service is.
