About me
Former professional Counter-Strike player with years of experience competing in top Polish and German leagues. My background includes appearances on HLTV and Liquipedia, creating and leading multiple teams, coaching players to improve both individually and as squads.
I reached Top 80 FACEIT, 5200 elo in CS:GO, 3800 elo in CS2 before I retired. I’ve also played numerous LANs.
I can teach you everything about the game (mechanics, thinking, game sense), but most importantly I can give you tools so you can grow on your own or as a team.
Why me? Book a session and you'll understand immediately.

We had a great lesson. Baljs is very experienced and the way he dissects the VOD really shows this. Gave me great actionable advice that I can apply to multiple maps. Will be doing more lessons and recommend him to anyone. His communication is great throughout the review and leading up to it. A+

Świetna współpraca od początku do końca. Freelancer wykazał się pełnym profesjonalizmem, był uprzejmy i komunikatywny na każdym etapie realizacji. Zlecenie zostało wykonane terminowo, a efekt końcowy spełnił, a nawet przekroczył moje oczekiwania. Zdecydowanie polecam i z pewnością skorzystam ponownie z jego usług
