What do you need from me to get started?
I only need your WordPress admin login details, i.e your website URL, username and password. That is all. You can send these safely through Fiverr's private messaging system.
Will you break or damage my website?
No. I always run a complete backup of your entire website before making any changes. This means if anything ever goes wrong, I can restore your site back to exactly how it was within minutes.
My website is not on WordPress. Can you still help?
This service is specifically for WordPress websites. If your site is on Wix, Squarespace or another platform, please message me before ordering so we can discuss what is possible.
What if something goes wrong during maintenance?
That is what the backup is for. Before I touch anything on your site, a full backup is created. If anything goes wrong during the maintenance process, I will restore your site immediately at no extra cost.
Do you offer a one-time maintenance service or only monthly?
I offer both. If you only need a one-time checkup and maintenance session, order the Basic package. If you want ongoing monthly maintenance, order any package and we can set up a recurring arrangement.
