Do I need existing process documentation?
No. Existing documentation is helpful, but you can also provide notes, screenshots, spreadsheets or describe how the process currently works.
Do you create SOPs?
This service focuses primarily on process analysis, accountability and operating structure. I can identify which SOPs should be created or improved. Full SOP development can be agreed separately.
What is a RACI matrix?
A RACI matrix clarifies who is: Responsible Accountable Consulted Informed for key activities and decisions.
What is decision rights analysis?
It evaluates who formally owns a decision, who actually makes it, whether the accountable role has sufficient authority, and whether unnecessary approval or escalation is creating delays.
Will you redesign the process?
Standard and Premium packages include TO-BE recommendations. Premium includes deeper operating model, delegation and decision-rights recommendations.
Do you provide editable files?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include editable source files.
Is a meeting required?
No meeting is required for Basic. Standard can include an optional discovery call. Premium includes a 60-minute management discovery and review session.
