I can create a custom PNGtuber for ALL your streaming needs, I've been creating ones for my own twitch channel and everyone has loved them so far, especially when i play horror games and use my Scared character.
The program used is extremely quick and easy to set up and include it in your OBS whenever you're streaming.

FAQ
How does the process go?
I will first need reference images from you, even a description would do! after that i'll create the character as a sketch and send it to you to get an approval to move on to inking and colouring and send you the final result along with blinking an talking designs.
Can I get my pet designed next to me/Can I be holding a mug for example?
Of course, added objects or pets won't increase the price.
Can i send images of character designs other people have made?
I will take those as a references ONLY and won't make it too similar to the creation of others.
