How soon can I schedule my consult?
Depending on schedule availability, consults can typically be scheduled within 24 hours of initial contact. Please note that I do not work on Sundays.
What time zone are you in?
I'm located on the East Coast of the United States, EST zone. The BEST hours for me to meet are: Mondays - Saturdays 9:.00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Do you work with international clients (outside of the United States)?
I'm happy to help anyone in any area I can and in fact have worked with clients on 5 continents to date. Just understand that I may not be familiar with your local customs/culture if you are outside of the United States.
How does the consultation work?
Consults are most effective via video conferencing so we can screenshare and view your listing(s) together. Google Meet, Zoom and Teams are the platforms I'm most familiar with - we'll pick the format that works best for you when you place your order.
What if I can't make my scheduled time?
If I am unable to reach the client by phone or I wait on the video chat for more than 10 minutes without a response, client will be charged in full for the entire session and must schedule a new order to make up the missed session.
