Can you work directly in my current account(s)?
Yes! I will need log-in credentials for all platforms where work is requested. Please note that first time log-ins may require 2FA where a code will be texted to you that must quickly be sent to me so I can access the account.
Do you offer Review Response services?
Absolutely! Pricing to respond to guest reviews is on a monthly basis and depends on number of properties + number of OTAs to monitor.
Do you offer Revenue Management services?
While I do not profess to be a revenue manager, I do have experience working in Beyond Pricing, PriceLabs, and Rented ART. I am able to program pricing strategies that are set by the client.
Will you build my Direct Book website?
No, I am not a website programmer or developer. However, if you have an established direct book site I can make edits to listings and text blocks. I will need log-in credentials or an administrative role set up for me to access the back-end of your site.
