I will create a 12 week workout routine that helps you reach whatever "dream body" you want, whether it's slimming down, bulking up or if you're just striving to be in better shape! I will set the guidelines for the workout but it's ultimately up to you to push yourself! Now keep in mind you'll need time to do this, each workout will last about an hour to two hours.
