Hi, I'm Bappe. I've been building software since 2009, and these days most of my work is AI chatbots and automation for small businesses.

Do I need to pay for the AI (OpenAI/Claude) separately?
Yes. The AI usage cost goes to your own OpenAI or Claude account, so you own it fully. For most small businesses it's only a few dollars a month. I'll help you set it up.
Can the bot reply in Bangla, Arabic or other languages?
Yes. It can reply in most languages, and it can even switch based on the language the customer writes in.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
For WhatsApp, yes. If you don't have one yet, I'll guide you through getting it approved step by step.
What do you need from me to start?
Your business info, the common questions customers ask, your product or price list, and where you want the leads saved. That's enough to get started.
What happens if something breaks after delivery?
I fix any bugs from my side free for 14 days after delivery. For ongoing changes you can add the maintenance extra.
