I will build your ai second brain in notion or obsidian with claude or anyother llm

About this gig
Your notes are scattered across 10 apps. Your AI forgets everything. I fix both.
I build a personal AI second brain in Notion or Obsidian, then connect it to Claude, ChatGPT or a fully private local model (Ollama) so it can capture, organize and connect everything you know.
WHAT IT DOES
- Drop in any note, article, PDF or voice memo; AI files, tags and links it for you
- Ask questions in plain English and get answers grounded in YOUR notes, with sources
- A living knowledge graph where related ideas link to each other automatically
- Persistent context: your rules, writing voice and projects reload every session
- 100% your data: local Markdown or your own Notion workspace, no lock-in
WHAT YOU GET
- A structured system built end to end (PARA + Zettelkasten)
- AI connected via MCP with custom capture and retrieval workflows
- Templates, tags and agent settings tuned to how you think
- A walkthrough video so you can run it on your own
Perfect for founders, consultants, researchers, students, writers and developers who are drowning in notes.
Message me before ordering so we can scope your build.

FAQ
Do I need to be technical?
No. I set up the vault, the AI connection and every workflow, then record a walkthrough video. You just add notes and ask questions in plain English.
Who owns my data? Is it private?
You do. Your knowledge base is plain Markdown on your computer, or your own Notion workspace. For maximum privacy I can use a local model (Ollama) so nothing leaves your machine.
Notion or Obsidian, which should I choose?
Obsidian suits offline, local Markdown and heavy linking. Notion suits databases, dashboards and sharing. Tell me how you work and I’ll recommend one.
Which AI works best: Claude, ChatGPT or local?
Claude is strongest on long documents and multi-step reasoning. ChatGPT works well if you already use it. A local model is best for private or sensitive notes. I’ll help you choose.
Do I need a paid AI subscription?
For Claude or ChatGPT, yes, a standard paid plan (around $20/month) is recommended. A local Ollama setup has no subscription but needs a reasonably capable computer.
Can you migrate my existing notes?
Yes. Connected Brain includes up to 200 notes and Autonomous includes up to 500. I can import from Notion, Evernote, Apple Notes, Google Docs and plain Markdown. Larger migrations are available as an extra.
What if I get stuck after delivery?
Every package includes a walkthrough video and revisions. The Autonomous package adds a 30-minute live training call.
