Are all installed Contao extensions included?
Yes. I check and update every installed extension without a per-extension fee. If an abandoned extension requires completely new custom development, I will explain the options before any additional work.
Do I need to know my Contao or PHP version?
No. I will check the installed Contao version, hosting environment and available PHP version for you.
Which access details do you need?
Usually only your website URL, Contao backend access and hosting administration access. I use the hosting panel to identify the available technical access. SFTP, SSH or database details are requested only if actually needed and unavailable there.
How should I provide access securely?
Please provide access only after the order starts, inside the Fiverr order requirements. Temporary accounts are preferred. You can change or remove them after completion.
Is a backup included?
A compatibility report is included in Basic. Full file and database backup plus rollback protection are included in Standard and Premium.
