About me

Barbora Lou is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague and Masaryk University in Brno, with a completed internship at the Sorbonne in Paris. She works as a lecturer at the National Gallery Prague. In her artistic practice, she focuses on oil and mixed-media painting. Her work blends a deep knowledge of traditional techniques with a fresh, brisk, and contemporary approach. She also delights in weaving playful motifs and lighthearted wit into her paintings.
