I will build a wordpress cost calculator and instant quote form

About this gig
Give your customers a quick way to estimate prices on your website.
I will build a WordPress cost calculator or instant quote form using your business pricing rules. Customers can select services, enter quantities, choose extras, and see their estimated total update.
Ideal for cleaning, painting, moving, and other service businesses.
Depending on your package, you will receive:
Up to 5, 10, or 15 pricing fields
Drop-downs, check-boxes, and quantity inputs
Conditional pricing options
Mobile-friendly styling matched to your website
Inquiry forms and email notifications
Installation, calculation testing, and a handover video
You provide the rates; I build the calculator. Ill check the results against your example calculations and test the agreed features before delivery.
Each package covers one calculator on one existing WordPress page. Hosting, paid plugin licenses, payments, and booking integrations are separate.
Message me before ordering with your website link and pricing requirements so we can confirm the right package.

FAQ
What do you need to get started?
Please send your WordPress website link, pricing rules, required fields, and at least three example calculations with the correct totals. I’ll explain what temporary website access is needed.
Which package should I choose?
Basic includes up to 5 pricing fields and a simple formula. Standard includes up to 10 fields, 3 conditional rules, and owner email notifications. Premium includes up to 15 fields, 6 conditional rules, and owner and customer emails. Send your requirements if you’re unsure.
What are pricing fields and conditional rules?
A pricing field affects the estimate, such as quantity, distance, or a service extra. Name and email fields don’t count towards the limit. A conditional rule changes a field, option, or charge based on the customer’s selection.
Will the calculator work on mobile and match my website?
Yes. Every package includes mobile-friendly styling matched to your website’s colors and fonts. I’ll check the calculator’s layout and functionality on desktop and mobile.
Do you provide the pricing formula?
You provide and approve your rates, minimum charges, extras, discounts, and any applicable tax rules. I turn these into a working calculator and check the results against your examples. Please contact me first if your pricing is complex.
Are paid plugins included in the price?
Paid plugin licences are not included. If your calculator needs a paid tool, I’ll explain the cost before you order. You purchase the licence for your website; installation and configuration are included within the agreed scope.
Can customers submit enquiries or receive emails?
Standard and Premium include an enquiry form and an email notification to the website owner. Premium also includes a customer confirmation email. These are transactional notifications, not newsletter subscriptions or email-marketing automation.
Does this include a complete website, payments, or bookings?
No. Each package covers one calculator on one page of an existing WordPress website. Full website development, payment processing, live booking, and external integrations require a separate agreement.
What does a revision include?
Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed styling, labels, or configuration. New features, additional calculators, and replacement pricing formulas are quoted separately. Errors in my implementation of the agreed requirements will be corrected without charging for an extra feature.
Will the calculator display an estimate or a final price?
That depends on your approved pricing rules. If the final price requires an inspection or manual review, I can add a clear notice explaining that the displayed amount is an estimate subject to confirmation.
