Please send your existing PowerPoint or final slide-by-slide content, the presentation's purpose and audience, your brand assets, and any style references. Include the required slide count and your deadline with its time zone. Please identify any content that must remain unchanged.
Will I receive an editable PowerPoint file?
Yes. Every package includes an editable PowerPoint (.pptx) and a PDF. Text and layout elements will be editable; photos and other image assets remain images.
Can you match my brand or an existing template?
Yes. Please send your logo, brand colors, fonts, and any existing template or style references you want me to follow. I can adapt the layouts and styling to create a consistent presentation.
How will we agree on the design style?
Once the order starts, I will prepare a representative slide for your feedback before applying the agreed style to the rest. Please review it promptly to help keep the agreed schedule. A major change of direction after approval may require a revised quote and timeline.
What does a revision include?
One revision is one consolidated round of feedback on the agreed design, such as colors, fonts, spacing, or layouts. Please list changes by slide number. New slides, substantial content changes, or a new design direction require a separate quote before additional work begins.
Do you write or rewrite the presentation content?
The listed packages cover design using your final content, not copywriting, research, or translation. I can organize the supplied content visually, but I will not delete or rewrite your text without your approval. Please message me first if your content needs editing.
Can you handle extra slides or an urgent deadline?
Please message me before ordering with your draft, slide count, and exact deadline, including its time zone. I will confirm availability, scope, price, and timing. Extra slides or major changes require agreement on any additional cost and time before I proceed.
