• Commissioned and led a multi-agent AI security audit of the production platform, then triaged and remediated the resulting findings (including critical authentication and authorisation vulnerabilities) across a schema of 63 RLS policies and 29 tables, verified against 20 attack scenarios with zero regressions; codified the process as a repeatable methodology • Refactored a 24,000+ line React monolith into modular domain packages, improving maintainability and review velocity in a fast-growing, AI-agent-maintained codebase • Restored npm run lint as a functioning CI merge gate by triaging 378 pre-existing ESLint errors, and hardened the AI-agent-driven development workflow (Claude Code/Cursor + GitHub Actions) with branch protections and pre-commit gates enforcing PR discipline for human and AI contributors alike • Designed a dual merchant-of-record billing architecture for international and Russia-based markets: regional checkout routing, verified webhooks, subscription-lifecycle sync, and cross-processor audit logging — to replace an ad-hoc legacy payment flow • Diagnosed a production save-timeout issue to base64-encoded image payloads inflating rows to 5.3MB, and resolved it by migrating image storage to object storage with a backfill path • Delivered a zero-downtime split of the platform's codebase and database from a separate application it had shared since the project's early hobby-project days, and migrated the live platform to a new domain
