FAQ
What is the CRM Blueprint?
A 2-day planning step. I review your workflow and deliver a database plan, screen wireframes and a fixed quote. If you order the build within 14 days, the $60 is deducted.
Why a custom CRM instead of HubSpot or Salesforce?
No monthly per-user fees, no features you don't need, and you own the code and data. It's built around how your team actually works.
What do you need to get started?
A short description of your sales process, the fields you track (like name, company, status and value), your team's roles, and any tools you want to connect.
Can you import my existing data?
Yes. I can import contacts, leads and deals from Excel, CSV, Google Sheets or your current CRM export.
Can you fix or add features to my existing Laravel app?
Yes. Send me the details before ordering and I'll review the code and send you a custom offer.
Where will the CRM be hosted?
On your own hosting, VPS or cloud server. I can set it up and deploy it with SSL as an extra.
Is my data secure?
Yes. I use Laravel's built-in security, hashed passwords, role-based access and validation. Your data stays on your server.
Will it work on mobile?
Yes. The CRM is fully responsive, so your team can use it on phones and tablets.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. 14 days with CRM Starter and 30 days with Business CRM, plus extended support as an extra.
