I am a Civil engineer with Six (6+) years of experience in Material Take offs, Cost Estimation, and Bid Preparation for Residential, commercial and industrial buildings. I have worked for a variety of subcontractors, main contractors, and general builders.

What are the Software's you mostly use for takeoff purpose?
We use Planswift, Bluebeam and On screen Takeoff (OST) for cost estimation and material takeoff purposes but can also use other software if access is provided from the client side.
Do I provide markup files as well?
Yes we provide a color coded markup files that can help you counter check the take off quantities.
How fast can you deliver?
Usually, It depends upon the scope and scale of the project. For a small residential project, I can deliver within 1 days.
Are the pricing in your offerings fixed?
No, the pricing may vary depending upon the scope of work and your demands. You can contact me anytime for a quote and we can work out a custom package for you.
Can you do pricing as well other than Material Takeoffs?
Yes, We can do the pricing of projects as well, I use the RS Means system for item cost calculations.
