What information and files do you need from me to get started?
Please provide your 3D CAD model (STEP, IGES, or SLDPRT), material specifications (e.g., Aluminum 6061-T6, structural steel, or material datasheet), and clearly defined operating conditions (applied forces, pressures, fixed supports, fluid flow rates, or temperatures).
What CAD file formats do you accept?
I accept all standard 3D CAD formats, including STEP, STP, IGES, Parasolid (.x_t), SLDPRT, SLDASM, SAT, and STL/OBJ mesh files.
What happens if the simulation reveals high stress or structural failure?
If your design fails or yields under the specified loads, I will identify the root cause of the failure and provide actionable design recommendations (such as rib placement, fillet adjustments, or material changes) or redesign the CAD geometry for you.
What is included in the final Engineering Report?
The report includes an executive summary, material properties, mesh quality and convergence details, boundary condition setup, high-resolution stress/displacement/flow contour plots, Factor of Safety (FOS) evaluation, and actionable conclusions
