Yes, for most fixes I'll need temporary remote access via a secure tool like AnyDesk or TeamViewer. I'll walk you through connecting, and you can watch the whole session.
What if the issue isn't fully fixed?
I include revisions in every package, so we'll keep working the issue within that scope until it's resolved or clearly out of scope, in which case I'll tell you upfront.
Do you support business or office setups, not just home PCs?
Yes. I manage IT for a live financial markets firm, so I'm comfortable with office networks, shared drives, and multi-user setups, not just single home PCs.
Can you set up new employee laptops or manage our AD/M365/Google Workspace?
