Need to turn supplier product data into a Shopify CSV for new products?
I organize your supplied SKUs, prices, options and image links into a draft-product import file. Conflicting or missing values are flagged for your decision before delivery.
You receive:
- A Shopify CSV for new draft products
- A review sheet to check products and variants before import
- An issue list and a short import guide
The small batch covers up to 50 variants and 20 parent products from one CSV. Larger packages support up to three related CSVs using one agreed supplier template.
Not sure which package fits? Send 5-10 anonymized sample rows and your approximate product and variant counts. I will confirm the scope; a free completed conversion is not included.
CSV only. Clear product/SKU keys, final selling prices and supplied image URLs are required. You import the file in your own store; no password is needed. Existing-product updates, inventory sync, scraping and missing-data research are not included. Samples use synthetic data.

Will you upload the products into my store?
This package prepares the files. You import a small draft batch in your own store and verify it before importing the rest. I do not need your store password.
What counts as a variant?
One supplied purchasable SKU and option combination. Extra image rows do not count as variants. Each package also has a separate parent-product limit.
Can I send an Excel workbook?
This version accepts CSV files. Export a small CSV sample first so we can check that SKUs, prices and other values are preserved. Do not convert identifiers into numbers.
What if prices or product details are missing?
I list missing or conflicting values for you to resolve. I do not invent prices, product claims or option combinations. Partial delivery requires an agreed list of exclusions.
Can you update existing products or synchronize stock?
No. This package is for new draft products. Please provide an existing SKU and handle list if you have products in the store, so potential conflicts can be checked.
Have you tested the files in Shopify?
A self-created sample with two products and five variants was imported into a Shopify development store and checked against its exported data. This is a limited test, not a guarantee for every catalog. Your own pilot import is still required.
Why hire you if Shopify already imports CSV files?
If your file already matches Shopify's format and you can check it yourself, you may not need this service. My work is preparing supplier data that still needs column mapping, variant grouping and conflict checks before import.
What does the revision cover?
One round of adjustments within the agreed mapping and source data. I correct errors caused by my preparation. A changed supplier template or new requirements need a revised scope.
