About this gig
I will install and configure TransferCalc on 1 existing WordPress website for airport transfers, chauffeur and shuttle services.
BASIC: all existing plugin features: fixed and distance-based fares, vehicle options, responsive calculator, ride enquiries, admin enquiry management, email notifications, and German/English. Optional Google routing, address suggestions, route map and traffic-aware estimates are included in setup when you supply enabled APIs and restricted keys.
STANDARD: full Basic installation plus 1 small custom feature of your choice.
PREMIUM: full Basic installation plus 2 small custom features of your choice.
Each custom feature must be agreed before ordering, e.g. an extra enquiry field or a small display/rule adjustment. Major integrations, payment/dispatch systems and full website builds need a separate quote.
Requires WordPress 6.5+, PHP 8.1+, your fares, hosting and working mail delivery. Google billing/API costs are separate. No API keys included.

Are Google fees and API keys included?
No. Fixed fares work without Google. Optional routing, suggestions, maps and traffic need your own Google Cloud billing and restricted keys. You control usage and pay Google directly. Never send API keys in public messages.
Does this include a new website or confirmed bookings?
No. All packages install TransferCalc on your existing compatible WordPress site. Customers submit enquiries, not confirmed bookings. No payments, dispatch or live availability. Standard/Premium add 1/2 small agreed features. A new website or major integration requires a separate quote.
What counts as a custom feature?
Standard includes 1 and Premium 2 small custom features agreed before ordering, such as an extra enquiry field or a small display/fare-rule adjustment. Tell me your idea first so we can confirm feasibility and scope. Major integrations and new systems are quoted separately.
