Why should I message you before ordering?
Every issue is different. A quick message lets me confirm the fix is possible, estimate the time and quote the right package, so there are no surprises or cancellations after you order.
What counts as "1 fix"?
One specific issue or change, such as a broken layout, a theme error, a shipping or payment problem or a small design tweak. If your request has several parts, message me and I'll create a custom offer.
Do I need to give you access to my store?
Yes. Please create a staff account with the required permissions (usually Themes and Settings). For Stencil work I may also need API credentials. You can remove my access as soon as the job is done.
Will you break my live theme?
No. I work on a copy of your theme, test everything before applying it and keep a backup, so your live store keeps running normally during the fix
How fast can you fix my issue?
Most single fixes are delivered within 24–48 hours. Complex theme or app conflicts may take longer, which I'll confirm before you order.
Can you customize a paid theme from the BigCommerce marketplace?
Yes. I work with all Stencil themes, including Cornerstone and premium marketplace themes, and can customize layouts, sections, product pages, headers and more.
Do you build custom Stencil themes from scratch?
Yes, but that is a larger project than this gig. Message me with your design or requirements and I'll send a custom quote.
Do you work with BigCommerce B2B Edition?
Yes. I can customize B2B Edition features such as company accounts, quotes, price lists and buyer portal layouts.
Can you fix issues caused by a third-party app?
Usually yes. I can fix conflicts between apps and your theme, but bugs inside an app's own code must be fixed by the app developer. I'll tell you which case applies.
Do you offer ongoing support or retainers?
Yes. If you need regular fixes, updates or maintenance, message me and I'll set up a monthly custom offer at a better rate than individual orders.
