Most donor databases are not broken. They are layered. Ten years of staff turnover, three import tools, and a handful of well-meant spreadsheets.
I clean and migrate nonprofit donor data. Six years managing sensitive records in schools and healthcare under FERPA and HIPAA, then building CRM systems for nonprofits and campaigns. Salesforce certified.
What I work in: Salesforce NPSP, Airtable, EveryAction and NGP VAN, DonorPerfect, GiveCloud, SQL, Excel and Google Sheets.
What you get: deduplicated and standardized records, a written account of every rule I applied and every record I touched, and a file your CRM will accept. Nothing is deleted without your sign-off.

What do you need from me to start?
An export of your current data as CSV or Excel, a note on where it is going, and any rules specific to your org, such as how you handle household records or soft credits. If you cannot export it yourself, tell me your system and I will send instructions.
Will you delete duplicate records?
Not without your approval. I flag suspected duplicates with the reason for each match and send them back for review before anything merges. Donor history is not something to guess at.
Can you work with a system that is not on your list?
Usually yes. Most donor systems export to CSV, and that is all I need on the way in. On the way out it depends on what your target system will accept. Tell me both systems before you order and I will confirm rather than guess.
