PowerPoint and Business Presentation Consultant

Clients often come to me with the same concern: “The information is there, but our PowerPoint presentation doesn't look professional enough, and the message gets lost in the slides.” Many had outdated layouts, excessive text, inconsistent formatting, weak visual hierarchy, or existing slides that did not reflect the quality of their business. I approached these projects as a presentation design problem rather than simply changing colours or fonts. I reviewed the existing content, identified the most important messages, reorganized the PowerPoint slides, and created a clearer visual structure around the intended audience and business objective. For presentations requiring a complete PowerPoint redesign, I rebuilt layouts, improved typography, refined charts and diagrams, and established consistent spacing and alignment across the deck. Where appropriate, I also created a reusable PowerPoint template so future presentations could maintain the same professional standard. For clients working in Google Workspace, I adapted the same principles to Google Slides, while Canva projects were handled as Canva presentation or Canva redesign work depending on the starting material. I also created branded business PowerPoint decks for company profiles, proposals, reports, meetings, and sales presentations. The result was a more structured presentation with stronger visual communication, easier-to-follow presentation slides, and a professional appearance that better represented the client's business. Instead of simply making the slides look attractive, I focused on helping clients communicate their ideas clearly and confidently.
Sales Presentation and Business Proposal Designer

The sales team had the information they needed, but their presentation wasn't helping them sell it. Product details were buried inside paragraphs, benefits were difficult to identify, and the existing slides felt more like an internal document than a persuasive sales presentation. I redesigned the material around the buyer's journey. Instead of presenting information in the order it had been provided, I reorganized the presentation around the audience's questions: What is the problem? Why does it matter? What is the solution? What makes the offer different? And what should the buyer do next? The new sales presentation used clear messaging, visual comparisons, feature-to-benefit structures, supporting graphics, charts, and strategically placed calls to action. I created a polished sales PowerPoint while maintaining the company's existing branding and improving the visual hierarchy throughout the deck. For sections that required extensive content, I simplified the copy and converted key information into diagrams, comparison tables, process visuals, and structured presentation slides. I also created supporting business proposal slides that could be reused across different sales conversations. The project required more than visual formatting; it required understanding how presentation design supports business communication. I used PowerPoint design principles to ensure every slide had a clear purpose and that the overall storyline moved naturally toward the desired business outcome. The final deck gave the sales team a more professional tool for presenting products and services, explaining value propositions, handling objections visually, and guiding prospects through the offer.
CRM, Lead Generation and Business Virtual Assistant

A growing business had a valuable list of potential customers but lacked the time to research prospects, organize contact information, update spreadsheets, and maintain consistent follow-up. Information was spread across different sources, making it difficult to identify useful business leads and keep prospect data organized. I provided Virtual Assistant and business support focused on lead generation, data collection, web research, email collection, data entry, prospect research, CRM updates, and administrative support. I researched potential businesses and contacts based on specific criteria, gathered relevant information, verified available details, and organized the findings into structured spreadsheets and databases. For B2B projects, I conducted targeted business research to identify companies and potential decision-makers that matched the client's requirements. I also supported email collection and lead-list preparation where publicly available business information was relevant to the research objective. Beyond lead generation, I handled routine administration, inbox support, spreadsheet updates, document organization, and general business assistance. This gave clients a single source of support for both research and the administrative work required to maintain their prospecting process. I used tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, web research tools, and other client-approved systems to maintain accurate records. Where repetitive workflows could be organized more efficiently, I created structured checklists and tracking systems to reduce missed steps. The result was a cleaner prospect database, better-organized business leads, reduced manual research time, and a more manageable process for maintaining potential customer information. My focus was always on delivering business support that could be used immediately rather than simply supplying a large volume of unorganized data.
