Total waste of time! Poor communication, poor understanding of a simple brief, didn't meet the agreed delivery timelines which they themselves set, I agreed to extend the timelines but they still couldn't meet that extension, the work eventually performed was unusable...The best part was agreeing to cancel the order so I could get my $'s back.

Video call was canceled by freelancer after the call started. Call was rescheduled by one day but couldn't be done either due to loud noice in the background. As a result, debrief had to be done via written document, but looked very much like AI work. And finally, the delivery didn't meet the expectation.... See more
