What do you need from me to get started?
You’ll need to provide information about the process you want documented, any existing documentation, and access to the relevant person or team who will work me through how the work is currently done.

I’ll work with you or the relevant team member to walk through the process, ask questions, and clarify how the work is actually carried out before creating the documentation.
How will we work together?
We’ll start by discussing the process and gathering the info I need. Then I'll document it, share the completed version for your review, and apply the included revisions.
What do you mean by one process?
A process is a defined workflow or area of work with a clear purpose and outcome. If you're unsure whether your request counts as one process, message me before ordering.
Can you document a process that doesn't have existing documentation?
Yes, I can work with you to understand how it's done and turn it into clear, practical documentation.
Can you improve documentation we already have?
Yes, the signature package includes revamping up to two existing documents.
What if I need more processes than my package includes?
You can add an additional process as an extra, or message me about a larger scope and we’ll determine the right option together.
Can you create FAQs or troubleshooting guides too?
Yes, an FAQ or troubleshooting guide is available as an additional service.
Will I need to be available?
Your input is important when we are working through the process, so I can accurately understand how the work is done. The amount of interaction depends on the scope of the project.
Do you offer document revamp as a separate service?
Yes, if you already have process documentation but it is outdated, unclear, poorly structured, or hard to use, I can review and revamp it without creating new documentation from scratch. Message me to discuss.
