How do you make sure it works?
Every formula and script is tested on your actual data before delivery, and a change log tab lists exactly what changed. If something doesn't work as expected, revisions are included in every package.
Which versions do you support?
Excel 365, 2021, 2019 and 2016 (Windows and Mac) and Google Sheets. Tell me your version in the requirements. Some functions like XLOOKUP and FILTER need Excel 365/2021, and I'll use compatible alternatives if you're on an older version.
Is my data safe?
Your file is used only for your order and is never reused or shared. I'll delete it after delivery on request. If your data is sensitive, you can send a copy with names or amounts replaced by sample values that keep the same structure.
Can you fix my whole workbook?
Packages are scoped by sheets, rows and formulas so pricing stays fair. Bigger workbooks are welcome: send me the file first and I'll send a custom offer with a fixed price before any work starts.
Can you automate my spreadsheet?
Yes, in Google Sheets with Apps Script (Premium, or as an extra). For Excel files I deliver formula-based solutions and dashboards, or I can move your workflow into Google Sheets (extra). No Google account access needed: just share a copy.
