Can I start with just floor plans?
Yes. Basic gets your submission started, and you can upgrade to the full set once you’ve confirmed what your permit office needs.
Do you coordinate with my engineer?
Premium includes coordination with structural and MEP drawings. Send me your engineer’s sheets, or message me and I’ll tell you what’s needed.
Can the city reject my plans anyway?
Yes, approval is the reviewer’s decision, so I can’t guarantee it. I revise the set for any plan-check comments within your package’s rounds.
What do you need from me?
