Do I need to own a VPS already, or can you provide one?
Either works. If you don't have a VPS, I'll recommend a provider and size it for your business — the server cost is separate from my fee and billed directly by the host.
Is this a subscription, or do I own the system?
You get full rights to run this system for your business on your own server — no platform lock-in. The application code itself remains licensed, not resold. An optional monthly care plan covers monitoring, backups and support.
Do I own the source code?
Basic and Standard are licensed deployments — you get full rights to run the system, but the code stays proprietary. Premium buyers can request a full source-code license as a separately quoted add-on — message me after ordering to arrange.
Can you migrate our existing product/customer data?
Yes — send a spreadsheet or export from your current system and I'll quote the migration as part of the package (included from the Standard tier up).
What if we need custom features or UI changes?
Message me with what you need. Custom modules and UI changes are quoted separately as fixed-scope add-ons once your base system is live.
Do you support businesses outside Bangladesh?
Yes. I've deployed for pharmacy and retail businesses across multiple markets and handle currency, tax-rate and locale configuration per country.
Do you offer RFID or biometric attendance too?
Yes, as separate specialized services — RFID anti-theft/inventory and biometric attendance-to-payroll each have their own gig with scope matched to that hardware. Message me and I'll point you to the right one.
