Useful for meeting notes, internal instructions, client information and contractor paperwork.
I group related ideas, remove obvious repetition, lightly tidy wording, and add headings, lists, tables or checklists while keeping your facts and meaning.
Basic: up to 5 supplied pages.
Standard: up to 15 supplied pages.
Premium: up to 30 supplied pages, plus styling with your supplied brand assets.
The same page limits apply to the finished document. Every package includes one revision within the original scope.

What can I send?

Do you write new content or change my meaning?
I preserve your facts and intended meaning while reorganizing and lightly cleaning up your wording. Research, invented information, major rewriting and specialist advice are outside these packages. Tell me which wording must remain unchanged.
What files will I receive?
You receive an editable Word file and a matching PDF. Basic covers up to 5 supplied pages, Standard 15 and Premium 30, with the same maximum finished page count. Send typed notes; message first for scans, handwriting or complex source material.
Can you match my branding?
Yes. Send the logo, colors, fonts and reference style you own or may use. Premium includes styling with your supplied brand assets. I do not create logos as part of this gig.
What does the included revision cover?
One revision covers adjustments to the organization, layout and light wording cleanup within the original notes and agreed scope. New content, extra pages or a major change of direction may need a separate quote.
