Send me a scanned PDF and I will return clean, searchable text, or a proper Excel table.

What you get:

- Text extracted page by page, no broken lines in the middle of a sentence

- Tables rebuilt into real Excel rows and columns, not one big text block

- Headers, page numbers and footers handled so they do not pollute the data

- A short note on anything that was unreadable

Good fits: invoices, bank statements, old reports, printed forms, book scans.

Limits, stated up front: I do not touch handwritten text, low-resolution photos, or anything that needs a login to open. If a scan is too poor to read reliably, I will tell you before starting rather than guess at numbers.

How it works:

2. I check readability and tell you what is realistic.

3. You approve the price, I process the batch, you get the files.
